The versatile Zymo-Spin III-P with 15 ml conical and 50 ml reservoirs can be used in centrifuges or on vacuum manifolds for the purification of plasmid DNA. The Zymo-Spin III-P features durable polypropylene construction and a unique silica-based matrix that allows for purification of up to 300 µg of plasmid DNA in ≥ 100 µl eluate when used in combination with ZymoPUREPlasmid Prep buffers. Capacity with reservoir assembly is 65 ml.
